Job Description:
The RTR Accountant will support the Record to Report (RTR) processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and accuracy in financial reporting. This role includes assisting in month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, and providing support to senior accountants and finance teams lead or stakeholder in achieving operational excellence.
Core Responsibilities:
● Assist in the execution of month-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
● Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
● Support compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
● Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize financial processes.
● Participate in kinds of finance project, such as ERP migration
● Collaborate with finance teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
● Participate in audit activities by providing necessary documentation and support.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
● 5-8 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in RTR.
● Proficient with English both listening and speaking
● Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting processes.
● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
