主要工作职责
Principal Accountabilities：
85Promote and sell effect pigments in Jiangsu province and Shanghai for Plastic Industry.
在江苏省和上海针对塑料应用领域推广和销售效果颜料。
85Takes the responsibility to implement the sales strategy and fulfill the sales target in the assigned territory.
负责在指定的区域内执行销售策略并达成销售目标。
85Collect the customer, market, and competition information, while deliver the exactly reports to the up-level management.
收集有关客户，市场和竞争对手的信息，并提供准确的报告给上级领导。
85Developing and maintain the customer relationship to ensure the strong opportunity funnel, good contract quality and cash return record.
在所负责的区域内开发和维护客户关系，并确保充沛的机会漏斗，良好的订单质量和回款记录。

任职资格：
Qualifications：
85Bachelor or above certificate; majored in plastic engineering or polymer material.
塑料工程或高分子材料专业本科或以上学历。
85At least 2 years experiences in sales for the plastic masterbatch or coating-free solution. The experience with pigments sales will be the pluses.
至少2年以上在塑料行业销售色母粒或免喷涂解决方案的工作经验。具有颜料销售经验将是加分项。
85Be able to work under pressure and willing to frequent business trip.
喜欢出差，并愿意在压力下工作。
85Team spirit and the positive thinking for company benefit.
团队精神，并且正面思考团队利益。
85Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
优秀的沟通和谈判技巧。
85Good skill on computer.
良好的电脑操作技能。
85Proficiency in Mandarin, and good in English. CET-4 will be preferred.
精通普通话，并具备良好的英语技能，CET-4级优先
