职位描述
General Purpose of the Position:
Ensure that all purchased parts assigned to you will fully meet Nexteer expectations by developing a robust supply base capable of meeting cost, quality, launch, and delivery commitments.
Major Responsibilities:
1.Work in cooperation with other Nexteer functions to make the best supplier selection for Nexteer.
2.Negotiate contracts for prices and terms with outside suppliers.
3.Develop and maintain sourcing strategies in cooperation with other regions.
4.Follow market price trends and general business activities.
5.Manage supplier commercial issues.
6.Ensure compliance to GSM Policies and Procedures.
7.Establish Annual Material Budget and performs monthly budget analysis.
8.Work with suppliers and Nexteer resources to identify, develop and implement material cost savings.
9.Manage supplier from kickoff to EOP, include PO update, capacity management, change implement etc.
10.Support to solve the delivery and quality issue for SOP components
11.Get cost recovery from supplier based after clarifying the quality responsibility with supplier
12.Analysis should be cost based on the market level
13.The other work assigned based on the business requirement

1.Able to function independently with minimal supervision
