1. Provide technical knowledge to continuous improvement efforts aimed at increasing productivity， like reduce the die downtime and SPM. 2. Assist in the identification of new materials, methods, and tools in order to improve current processes. 3. Support production in efforts to troubleshoot the die issue on a daily basis. 4. Work with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) as needed to ensure that die comply with applicable codes and regulations. 5.Monitor its toolings quality and calibration and manage the relevant actions by using solving problems methods. 6.Settle, execute and maintain a tool drawing system in plant. 7.Support tool design review, die tool shop buyoff and homeline buyoff during project phase. Monitor the die designed and builded according to die standard. 8.Support intenal tool group to meet internal maintenance needs. 9. Make and update the die maintenance working insturction. 10. Make and prepare the die spare parts list. 11.Pilot the modifications of toolings and reports 15. Pilot the trials closely with concerned departments of the company to validate modified. 16. Lead the VA/VE topic which related to die.
