岗位职责:
1. 年度预算编制:
组织并协调海外矿山年度预算编制工作,确保各部门预算计划符合公司战略及财务政策要求。
2. 预算执行监控:
跟踪预算执行情况,定期对比预算与实际发生数据,分析偏差并提出调整建议。
3. 成本控制与分析:
协助各业务部门进行成本核算与费用控制,提供及时的成本分析报表与改进建议。
4. 项目预算管理:
对矿山项目类支出(如设备投资、技改项目等)进行全过程预算管理,包括立项评审、预算审批、过程控制与结项分析。
5. 跨部门协作与沟通:
与现场运营、采购、仓储、人力、工程等部门紧密沟通,推动预算制度在业务流程中的有效落地。
6. 制度建设与流程优化:
持续优化预算管理流程,参与制度建设与系统功能改进,提升预算管控的数字化水平。
7. 其他任务:
完成上级安排的其他财务管理相关工作。
岗位要求:
1. 学历背景:
财务管理、会计、经济类相关专业本科及以上学历,具备CPA、ACCA、CMA等相关资格者优先。
2. 工作经验:
至少3年以上财务或预算管理相关工作经验,有海外矿山或大型工业项目背景者优先。
3. 财务知识:
熟悉预算管理、项目财务控制、成本分析等财务管理工具和方法,具备一定的资金计划及分析能力。
4. 系统操作能力:
熟练掌握Excel、Power BI等分析工具,有SAP、Oracle等ERP系统操作经验者优先。
5. 语言能力:
具备良好的英文读写能力,能够应对英文财务报表与跨国沟通需求;法语为加分项。
6. 综合素质:
思维敏捷,逻辑清晰,沟通协调能力强,能在压力环境下独立完成任务,适应海外驻外或出差。
7. 适应性:
能接受较长期驻外工作环境,具备一定的跨文化适应能力。

Position Title: Budget Management Supervisor – Overseas Mining Site
Key Responsibilities:
1. Annual Budget Planning:
Organize and coordinate the annual budgeting process for the overseas mining site, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and financial policies.
2. Budget Execution Monitoring:
Track the implementation of budgets, regularly compare actual expenditures against budgeted figures, analyze variances, and provide adjustment recommendations.
3. Cost Control and Analysis:
Support business departments in cost accounting and expenditure control. Prepare timely cost analysis reports and provide suggestions for cost optimization.
4. Project Budget Management:
Manage the full-cycle budgeting of mining-related projects (e.g., equipment investment, technical transformation), including project initiation review, budget approval, process monitoring, and post-completion analysis.
5. Cross-functional Coordination:
Maintain close communication with site operations, procurement, warehouse, HR, and engineering departments to ensure effective integration of budget controls into operational processes.
6. Process Optimization and Policy Development:
Continuously improve budget management processes, participate in the development of budgeting policies and digital tools to enhance budget control capabilities.
7. Other Duties:
Complete other financial management tasks as assigned by upper management.
Job Requirements:
1. Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are preferred.
2. Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance or budget management. Prior experience in overseas mining operations or large-scale industrial projects is a plus.
3. Financial Knowledge:
Strong understanding of budgeting, project financial control, and cost analysis methodologies. Familiar with financial forecasting and reporting.
4. System Proficiency:
Skilled in Excel and Power BI; experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
5. Language Skills:
Proficient in written and spoken English to handle financial documentation and cross-border communications. French language ability is a plus.
6. Core Competencies:
Strong analytical and logical thinking, excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work independently under pressure.
7. Adaptability:
Willing and able to work at remote overseas sites for extended periods; culturally adaptable in international working environments.
