KEY SUMMARY: 1. Support retail VM and retail operation team to execute the VM guideline and ensure the store merchandising is well-presented. 2. Guide the retail stores to following global brand strategies closely. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 1.Follow the lead from retail VM team in retail stores’ visual merchandising. 2.Responsible for overseeing store VM execution quality and monitor VM guidelines to be consistently and timely implemented on a regular basis. 3.Communicate with retail operation on a regularly basis to boost the sales via visual merchandising enhancement. 4.Assist store team in regular maintenance both hard and soft, including furniture, fixture, prop, mannequin, pos-material etc. and manage the related in-store VM materials. 5.Assist Retail ops team in carrying out the floor-set plan in terms of store level of A /A/B/C/Outlets on the monthly basis. 6.Coordinate with VM team on campaign implementation, store/pop-up opening and all retail-own related events. 7.Partnership with ops team on operating the weekly store VM sharing platform and provide immediate VM solutions when needed. 8.Conduct the in-store VM training as needed.
