As an Area HR Manager, you drive HR initiatives, foster a positive work environment, and support business growth. You will play a key role in implementing HR strategies, ensuring employee engagement, and optimizing HR processes across the area. In this role, you work together with Area and Store Teams to secure quality throughout the employee life cycle.
What you will do:
Responsible for implementing the brand HR strategy to ensure employee engagement and the quality of the employee life cycle
Contribute to a people-first work environment by driving HR initiatives and events aligned with annual HR goals.
Implement the HR strategy to enhance employer engagement and improve the employee life cycle within your area.
Drive and monitor HR-related KPIs to support business growth and ensure workforce efficiency.
Collaborate with the Area Team to ensure smooth workflows and support short- and long-term business goals.
Collaborate with the Regional HR Team to provide feedback on the people agenda to influence materials and processes needed to meet the changing needs.
