61 Organize regular Value Stream System CIP workshop and Speed /Jishuken activities for BPS maturity development
61 Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of Point-CIP, to speed up problem solving and target condition attainment/stabilization
61 Increase maturity of BPS in department through observation and evaluation of the current state of manufacturing, logistics, indirect systems, processes, design and implementation of future state
61 Lead BPS maturity assessment and systematic maturity improvement
61 Lead BPS elements development in department level, develop and upgrade BPS elements standard
61 Coordinate BPS benchmark tour, serve as contact window, coordinator external assessment, benchmark, best practice exchange and training resources
61 Provide BPS knowledge base for I4.0 activities(AGV, RFID, MES, APP, Niv etc)

61 协调IPN BPS benchmark学习和培训资源，作为联系窗口，协调外部审核以及benchmark和最优案例的交流和分享

61 为工业4.0活动提供BPS知识基础（AGV, RFID, MES, APP, Niv etc）

Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in technical engineering related majors, industry engineering, logistics/supply chain management, etc..
理工类相关专业，如工业工程，物流/供应链管理等专业本科以上学历
3 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting (co-op/intern experience will be considered)
3年汽车制造相关行业工作经验或精益生产相关实习经历优先
1) Good learning and communication skills
2) Ability to work independently and in teams with associates across all levels and functions
