职位描述
岗位职责:
1. Carry out the design principles and development directions of HQ on service network, track regional network layout trends, and ensure the quality of service delivery and service level in the service cluster;
贯彻总部对于服务大区服务网络的设计原则和发展方向,指导并跟踪管理所属区域的网络布局发展趋势,指导并确保服务大区区域服务交付质量和服务水平。
2. Implement the service benchmark, policies, BD, and service SOP designated by HQ in service cluster, and track the implementation. Provide timely feedback to HQ and keep improving;
落实总部就服务规范、政策、业务发展、标准流程在大区的执行,把控服务大区区域内在执行上的实际完成情况,及时有效地向总部反馈并进行持续改善。
3. Reasonable allocation of each branch external service, turnover target and budget. Manage and guide each branch to achieve annual target.
统筹协调服务大区内各服务分部外部服务,营收目标与预算的合理分配,管理并指导各分部完成年度目标。
4. Maintain good communication with internal and external customers. Maintain good collaboration with the Sales Cluster and the Service Cluster BA and Service Cluster Parts Logistics.
维护内外部客户的良好沟通,与大区销售团队及服务大区商务行政和服务大区配件物流团队保持良好协同合作 。
5. According to the training requirements and needs of HQ and service cluster, make overall planning of training resources. Ensure the effective implementation of training according to the business development and annual targets of the service cluster.
就来自总部和服务大区的培训要求和需求,统筹规划培训资源,以服务大区的业务发展及年度工作目标为导向,确保高效的培训实施。
6. Improve business capabilities and construction of talent pool, including capacity building, process and internal operation optimization.
发展业务能力及人才储备建设,包括职业能力提升,流程优化,内部运营效率提升;打造服务创新,安全生产,高效的大区团队。
任职资格:
1.Bachelor's degree and above .
本科及以上学历
2.5-10 years of relevant work experience.
5-10年相关工作经验
3.Strong logical thinking skills, Outstanding leadership
