We are look for a new colleague in the Launch Dept. at our location of Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu. Your tasks: ● Manage programs in accordance with ZF new product introduction management system requirements (GDPEP). ● Plan, organize, implement, track and close change management. ● Internal reporting and escalation: reports and escalates to program manager and his/her line manager. ● Coordinates the tasks for the launch phase of the plant’s involved departments (Quality, Logistics, Manufacturing, Production) ● Monitors and coordinates the plant related tasks within the plant under consideration of the overall project scope. ● Reports status and measures both to PM and within the defined Plant Communication structure to ensure clear awareness of Plant project deliverables, gaps and necessary actions in launch phase. ● Supports risk assessment in regard to plant schedules, plant resources, cost and timelines given from the project management. ● Ensure pre-series builds in launch phase. ● Ensure production readiness for pre-series and SOP according the project planning. ● Coordination of different running projects and project tasks between the plant and the related program managers / project teams. Your profile: ● Knowledge of project-planning tools. ● Basic business, IT, financial and communication skills. ● Familiar with manufacturing and logistic processes and production methods. ● Familiar with BOM structure and SAP. ● Strong mathematical and analytical skills. ● Good oral and written communication skills.
