Position Summary
This role is mainly responsible for retail TH product management including retail allocation, replenishment, consolidation, analysis, as well as retail commercial calendar maintenance (promotion calendar, product launch plan, etc) for TH all categories and all store types to support around 80 stores of owned-and-operated retail channel.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job
1. In-season product management:
● Launch plan/allocation plan/store grading review, feedback and sell-through tracking
● Product Training (Merchandising)
● New store assortment preparing and logistics arrangement.
● Weekly consolidation and feedback collecting
● Return/recall goods management and seasonal on sale product transfer
● Special capsule allocation plan and performance tracking Reports, Data consolidation and analysis
● Product sales trend and performance analysis (FPS
