Job Description: • Report to ITKG China GM, work location: Wuxi • Leading customer project management and engineering team • Be responsible for e-mobility engineering service business Job Qualification: • 10 years' work experience in the automotive field, cross experience in engineering, project management and sales function is preferred. • Strong engineering background in MBD software development with regards to e-mobility control system or other vehicle electrical system. • Good skills at presenting, convincing, negotiation and providing technical solutions. • Positive attitude, pragmatism, and a focus on solutions • Self-reliant and target oriented • Problem-solving thinking as well as confident appearance in the customer environment • Entrepreneurship, responsible-minded and determined • Excellent communication skills and intercultural experience • Collaborative with different functions and departments • Fluent in English
