Key Responsibilities
Lead TMFS channel activation planning to fulfill the annual sales target.
● Co-Work with brand marketing team to nail down the activation plan in Tmall.
● Develop the tailor-made activation in Tmall to match with the platform promotion theme and competition dynamic.
● Develop the membership program to ensure the shopper retention in Tmall platform.
● Build the partnership with Tmall cross functional team seeking for the cooperation opportunity.
Ensure the execution excellence of planned activation.
● Clear set up of KPI with alignment with cross functional team as data, performance marketing, marketing, etc.
● Regular track the performance.
● Activation review report
Responsible for Perfect Store design based on the shopper insight.
● Adaptation brand assets in Tmall platform
● Lead TP to build store Visual Strategy and implementation for TMFS.
Responsible for Activation/Display/ budget Plan and tracking
Qualifications
Education:
● Bachelor’s degree above
Experience:
● Minimum 5 years of online channel marketing
● FMCG and Beauty Experience is preferred
