Mission:

Responsible for the planning, operation, maintenance, optimization, and technical support of HVAC system and CDA system within company facilities, ensuring safety, stability, and efficiency. Requires knowledge of electrical, fire protection, and building systems to support cross-functional management and job rotation.

负责公司设施系统中暖通空调及压缩空气系统的规划、运维、优化及技术支持，确保其安全、稳定、高效运行。同时需具备电气、消防、建筑等相关系统的知识，支持跨专业管理与轮岗。



Areas of Responsibilities:

Conduct daily inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and CDA systems.

负责暖通空调及压缩空气系统的日常巡检、维护、故障诊断与维修。

Develop energy-saving optimization solutions to improve system efficiency and sustainability.

制定系统节能优化方案，提升系统能效与可持续性。

Collaborate with electrical, fire protection, and smart systems for coordinated management and emergency response.

配合电气、消防、智能化等系统的协同管理与应急响应。

Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support team knowledge sharing.

编制相关技术文档、SOP及培训材料，支持团队知识共享。

Participate in new facility planning and renovation projects, providing professional design and technical support.

参与新厂务设施规划与改造项目，提供专业设计方案与技术支持。
