We are looking for a new colleague in the ME Dept. at our location in Zhangjiagang. Your tasks: ● Lead continuous improvement activities for production to reduce scrap rate and manufacturing cost. ● Maintenance and update documentations like PFMEA, WI, changeover, mistake proofing and so on with the initiative from Regional AME. ● Cooperate with Regional AME to complete machine concept, layout. To be involved with new equipment procurement and pre/final acceptance and receive from Regional AME after SOP. ● Support maintenance activity to reduce downtime rate. Support tooling/fixture/spare parts maintenance and insurance. ● Join in customer audit preparation onsite. ● Daily production inspections ensure stable process operation. Take participate in quality issue analysis and organize team to solve problem. ● Lead optimization of process parameter by statistical method for higher capability of process.Join in analyze cycle time and identify bottleneck of line and improve line balancing. ● Responsible for process change after SOP. Your profile: ● Min. 5 years’ solid experience in assembly process as process engineer in automotive industry, shock absorber assembly process would be preferred. ● Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Auto CAD, Minitab. ● Be able to design new tooling or fixtures for production. ● Be familiar with DOE to optimize the process parameter and process capability study. ● Be familiar with camera program setting, Keyence, Hikvision ect. ● Be familiar with Press in process, know how to set the checking window. ● Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or Industrial Engineer Be part of our ZF team and apply now!
