· At least 5 years of IT relevant working experience with 2 years of business analysis experience with primary focus of Data Analytics

● Cross-cultural sensitivity and fully understand and adopt JCI values and leadership model in daily management work.
● Strong understanding in business related KPIs and analytic reporting
● Strong English communication and inter-personal skills; ability to work effectively with global teams
