Job Responsibilities
Conduct market analysis on crossborder ecommerce trends, industry developments, regulations, and tariff changes
Support customer needs discovery through interviews, surveys, and data collection
Benchmark competitor offerings (e.g., digital tools, clearance facilitation, fulfillment integration, shipment visibility solutions)
Assist in mapping the endtoend ecommerce supply chain, including upstream seller activities and downstream delivery experience
Compile insights into structured reports and present findings to project team
Participate in field visits (e.g., hubs, gateways, fulfillment centers) to understand operational processes
Support documentation for strategic recommendations and service blueprint design
Job Requirements
Preferably from Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Economics, or related fields
Experience or coursework in market research, consumer insights, or business analytics
Ability to contact and arrange interviews with E-commerce Sellers and/or EC platforms, marketplaces
Strong communication skills; comfortable conducting interviews with customers and internal stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to perform structured secondary research
Deep experience in cross border e-commerce experience and international shipping (mandatory), preferred that he/she used to have his/her own EC business
Fluent in English and Chinese
Selfdriven, detailoriented, able to work independently and in teams
