- conduct market research and analysis to support business decisions.
- prepare and propose marketing and leasing activities according to the project business plan.
- identify tenants for properties and attract new tenants through different channels, connection and market events.
- responsible for leasing administration works including leasing preparation, loi, leasing contract, lease registration, handover and renewal etc.
- maintain good relationships with tenants and work closely with property management for tenant service and support.
- develop good relationships with agents, government departments and other related parties to maintain good profile on the market.
- provide both regular and on-demand asset performance and status reports to both internal management team and fund investors.
- complete other tasks from the management.
experience, qualifications and competencies
- college and above degree, with 3+ years of office leasing experiences, business park preferred.
- proven knowledge in office leasing and asset management.
- good connection with agents, good knowledge of the market.
- strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- active and outspoken, energetic and result oriented.
- proactive mindset, confident and adaptable, willing to take challenges, and the ability to drive changes and execute initiatives.
- good command of both spoken and written in english
