Responsibilities:o Work with sales team to support customer order process and customer communications as well as satisfied customer experienceo Work with supply chain to follow up product availability and delivery scheduleo Play a key role to ensure fully application of business rules and guidance.o Prepare and distribute assigned reports related to customer service area, conduct analysis as required with timely follow-up.o Efficiently handle inquiries from existing and new customers.o Maintain full compliance of SOX and internal control requirement.o Support other business activities as required.Qualifications:o Bachelor degree or above, with major in Economics, Business Management, International Trading, Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.o Over 5 years relevant working experience with sufficient knowledge on customer order handling and import
