Key Areas of Responsibility：Manage the testing equipment maintenance and medical related manufacturing equipment, reduce the down time and improve OEE for productiviities. Provide and test failure analysist for provlem solving, including LabVIEW, provide profectional recommendation for cross function for future solution on improvementIn charge of machine safety , to make sure all machine operation with Safety condition, take actions to improve machine safety.Prepare new equipment release
