Spare parts quotation making and follow up and order handling
2. 现代化报价和订单处理
Modernization quotation making and order handling
3. 进出口通关文件准备
Import and export custom clearance document preparation
4. 保修案件处理
Warranty case handling
5. 一级故障排除支持
First level trouble-shooting support
6. 紧急情况处理和支持,如机器故障
Emergency cases handling and support such as machine breakdown
7. 现场服务报价和订单处理
Field service quotation and order handling
8. 所有商业功能,如收款、开具发票和公开应收账款追踪
All the commercial function such as payment collect, issue invoice and open receivable chasing
9. 客户投诉处理
Customer complaint handling
10. 服务产品推广,如培训、服务包、服务水平协议
Service product promotion such as training, service kits, SLA
任职要求:
1. 本科学历,机械或电气工程师优先
Bachelor degree, Major in mechanical or electrical engineer is preferred.
2. 熟悉SAP、Word、Excel、Outlook等Microsoft Office工具。
