职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
? Keep responsible people informed about customer’s requirements
? Response customer complaints timely and set up containment as needed
? Conduct preliminary analysis at customer plant
? Take the lead in correcting non-conformities from customer audits
? Warranty disposition with customer
? Take the lead in promoting plant to improve warranty problems
? Manage PPAP for customer
? Responsible for the quality data collection, regularly report quality performance to quality manager
? Collects quality and service information of competitors;
? CQE development and improvement.
Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
? Bachelor degree with major in quality engineering/methods
? Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English
? Knowledge of total quality tools (3L5W, APQP/FMEA/MSA/SPC/PPAP,VDA,6 Sigma..)
? Excellent interpersonal skills
? IATF16949 internal audit certificate
? Education/Degree: Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
Experience:
? Work experience at least 5 years, ideally in automotive industry or Manufacturing industry
? At least 3 years of experience in customer service area.
