Weiguo seeks a Project Manager who is excited to work in an international environment and manage the development of tomorrow’s greatest consumer products. You will have the opportunity to work in a creative and motivated team where your management capabilities are crucial to both Weiguo and our Clients’ success. Position reports to the Director of Development and works closely as the key point of contact between our Vendors and Clients. Your collaboration with Product Designers and Quality Engineers will ensure our Clients receive high-quality and satisfying products which will bring joy to thousands of people.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external resources with clients and vendors for the effective management of the development process
- Manage the entire product life cycle from the concept phase to mass production and delivery
- Ensure that projects are developed on-time, comprise the scope of the client’s requirements and fall within the budget of Weiguo and our clients
- Identify and mitigate potential risks for Weiguo and our clients
- Manage meetings and reviews with clients and vendors
- Establish and maintain client and vendor relationships
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Manage day-to-day interactions with clients and vendors
- Reviewing samples prepared by vendors before passing on to clients
- Effectively communicate relevant project information to all parties involved in the development process
Requirements:
- More than 3 years’ experience in a consumer goods-based project management position
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
- Understand the product development and production process
- Capacity to manage high stress situations
- Capable of multitasking and manage various projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Able to travel, participate in exhibitions, and accompany clients to visit vendors
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
