职位描述
工作职责:
- Manage regional or local talent acquisition channel and resource
- Manage the entire recruitment process from beginning to selection of the final candidate, you write job ads in line with set guidelines, post the job on relevant channels, search for candidates, screen candidates, hold interviews, and conduct personality assessments.
- Continually develop and improve the methods we use for search-based recruiting.
- Cooperate and hand over to local HR teams to ensure a smooth transition for signing contracts and local onboarding.
- Network and build talent pool
- If needed, partner with external recruitment agencies and handle those agreements
- Securing alignment and common ways of working within agreed areas with Group and Divisions
- Network and support TA experts within Company, and contribute to creating a sourcing culture for Talent Acquisition
任职资格:
University Degree or equivalent
Minimum 8 years of experience working in HR, whereof minimum 5 years in the relevant area. Experience from working in a global business environment.
In addition to the text above, the employee is expected to undertake other duties and tasks within the area of their competence as the role develops.
English is the working language naturally requested for this role.
Business travel may happen based on business needs. Normally day-to-day process and communication will be managed via online meetings and calls.
