We are looking for a hands-on, data-obsessed Social Media Performance supervisor to own the quality and ROI of spends on KOL and SEM across China’s social platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, etc.). You will challenge algorithms, creatives and bids every day until the CPA beats the target. This is an individual-contributor position with direct impact on a multi-million-RMB annual media budget.
