岗位职责：
1. 支持生产运营，编写维护装配工艺。
Support manufacturing operations; develop and maintain assembly process documentation.
2. 建立及持续改善生产制造流程，研究标准工时及改善线平衡率。
Establish and continuously improve manufacturing processes; define standard time and optimize line balance rate.
3. 分析产线问题，提供解决措施和预防措施。
Analyze production line issues; develop corrective actions and preventive measures.
4. 支持新产品导入，推动DFx改善以提高产品可制造性。
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) programs; drive DFx improvements to enhance product manufacturability.
5. 导入装配工装治具和设备。
Introduce assembly fixtures and equipment.
6. 跟进管理层指派的专项。
Follow up on special projects assigned by management.
