QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED职位要求:

·Bachelor degrees or above, major in packaging, logistics, IE, supply chain management or other related subjects is preferred.

·Knowledge of logistics and material handling in auto component manufacturing company.

具备在汽车部件制造公司的物流和物料搬运的知识

·Minimum 3 years of working experiences in logistics management function of foreign corporations or joint ventures.

·Inventory control experience is preferred.

·Be familiar with manufacturing operation Quality system requirement in Auto components field, including TS16949, 5S and ISO14001 etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES / EFFORTS / WORKING CONDITIONS职位描述；

·Plant internal layout plan of SOP project for optimizing logistics handling, material flow, work efficiency of logistics.

负责在工厂的内部量产项目的布局规划， 使物流的搬运、物料流、工作效率的最优化

·Logistics budget and cost control, continuous improvement plan for cost efficiency.

负责物流预算和成本控制， 及成本效率不断改进的计划

·Lean manufacturing logistics requirement and standardized operation of logistics and material handling. Build transportation handling working procedures to have a good instruction for the daily transportation job to help transportation controller have good performance.

物流精益规划及实施指导，物流标准化建立。建立运输装卸工作流程，指导每日运输工作，支持运输控制员

·Inventory analysis, regular inventory report, continuous improvement (CI).

具备库存分析、常规的库存报告、及持续改进（CI）

·5S implementation responsible for all kinds of customer audit for on-site management.

5S的实施及其所有客户对现场管理的审核

·Commitment to continuous improvement and work place safety
