This role involves ensuring that the mechanical equipment is operating efficiently, safely, and in compliant with industry standards, supporting the overall productivity and safety of mining activities. * Conduct routine inspection, maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues • Ensure compliance with safety regulations • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs • Coordinate with production and operations teams to minimise downtime • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings • Train and supervise maintenance staff • Perform other duties as assigned by management
